DescriptionThe primary responsibility a hotel sales manager will be to drive hotel sales and revenue
growth. will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and
pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing
clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and hospitality,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and
as part of a team. You should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage
multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities\nResponsible for Government ,Corporate and Travel Agents Sales for the hotel and business opportunities to increased sales.\n Represent A clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.\n Implements all sales action plans related to the market areas as outlined in the sales plan.\n Conducts daily sales calls to the targeted institutions.\nAble to provide Quick and timely responses, immediate communication to the properties, and develop professional long-term business relationships.\n Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.\n Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (generating proposal, Corporate Rate Application letter, writing contract, customer
correspondence).\n Able to support hotel service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by
delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.\n Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.\nDevelop strong relationships with on property front office team to ensure working in unity and always striving to achieve the same goals.\n Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in the development of the account and to assess the effectiveness and sales skills of the salesperson.\nTargeting key accounts potential for the hotel.\nBuilds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.\nDevelop relationships within the community to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.\nAcquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for
clients.\nClosely following up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to
clients.\n
