We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hunter Sales Manager to join our Carrier Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with carriers and logistics service providers. You will leverage your sales expertise to position Transporeon’s solutions, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence.

Identifying and targeting potential carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to generate new business opportunities.Conducting thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer satisfaction.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of new customers.Providing regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

You are ready if you have…

+4 years proven track record of success in a hunter sales role, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.Strong understanding of carrier operations, logistics processes, and industry challengesExcellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.Willingness to travel as needed.Proficient/ Native Dutch and fluent English language skills, any additional language is a plus.
