Job DescriptionThe Eurofins BioPharma Services Network of Companies is a first-class biopharmaceutical outsourcing services partner (Contract Research Organization - CRO, Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization - CDMO), working with pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology, medical device, and cosmetic clients.
The network covers the whole chain of drug development thanks to an international network of laboratories and testing units with global reach, uniform QA systems, and high-quality services.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will contribute to the significant growth of our business in Switzerland by:
Acquiring and developing customers within Swiss (Bio)Pharma.Clarifying the required GMP services with customers and proposing advice tailored to their needs.Independently preparing offers for testing of (bio)pharmaceutical products and raw materials.Planning and organizing sales activities in the area to achieve high sales targets.Attending relevant conferences, trade fairs, and workshops. Collaborating with partner laboratories within the international Eurofins network on various projects.Updating and maintaining the relevant IT systems, e.g. the customer database (CRM software).QualificationsYou possess a scientific degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields) combined with a minimum of 3 years of working sales experience, preferably for Pharma Testing services.
GMP regulations knowledge would be a must to perform the job activities well.
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills and use common IT applications (MS Office, CRM systems).
Your spoken and written English is on an excellent level and you are willing to travel within Switzerland app. 40% of your working time.
