We are looking for a strong leader, who drives the Branson growth initiatives to increase our market participation in targeted industries and customers in the region of Central and Easter Europe.
Reporting to the Manager Sales Europe, you will also have a strong voice to bring to bear cross business selling for the Central and Eastern Europe region to jointly develop new accounts.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Driving and delivering the “Profitable Growth Plan” by analyzing each channel’s efficiency, streamlining sales operations, and aligning them with customer preferences and market trends Establishing and further developing a strong and diverse sales organization by demonstrating positive and inclusive leadership behavior as well as attracting and developing top talent Developing and running detailed regional penetration plans using account planning and segmentation processes by product line, industry segment, major accounts, account type and business opportunities, and by that ensuring strong growth and sales efficiency Strengthening our position in key industries such as Energy Storage System (ESS), Automotive, Medical, Packaging and Metal Welding Engaging with the Europe’s organization as well as Emerson teams in region to ensure maximum sales and cost synergies and best project execution Owning financial performance/metrics (i.e. Forecasting, Budget, POR and S&OP) for this business, both short and long term Coordinating marketing and promotion of the Business Unit and supporting cross-divisional activities, developing exhibition materials and driving Emerson innovation days Collaborating efficiently with all functions and departments as needed, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing, etc.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Proven experience in direct sales and people leadership Technical educational background as advantage Automotive, Energy Storage System (ESS) and EV and Battery Business and applications knowledge is preferred A strong personality with the ability to connect with all levels within and outside of the organization. Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can optimally work with all levels, for both technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in English (verbal, reading and writing), additional languages are your benefit Willingness to extensive travelPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
