Job Description

What you will be doing:

Actively lead the Corporate segment’s financial and administrative activities being manage and coordinate with all group required arrangements  Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requestsProvides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary. Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up actionNegotiates prices with the clientsSales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years previous experience within similar role as Sales ManagerGood communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishStrong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft OfficeWorking experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
