Sales Manager Country Area Norway
Smart Infrastructure Buildings is designed to create efficient, safe, responsive, and sustainable environments. Our goal goes beyond enhancing buildings—we aim to create ideal spaces that improve people's lives. As the Sales Manager Country Area Norway you will be responsible for developing and deploying sales strategies for the defined portfolio, with a focus on enhancing customer, partner and employee satisfaction while driving the overall growth and profitability. You will be responsible for all sales in Country Area Norway and report to Head of Country Area Norway as well as Head of Buildings Nordic Sales. You will also be part of the Norwegian and Nordic Buildings Sales management team.
Your mission is to
Enhance and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for the business unit, considering both commercial and technical aspects to expand the business and increase profitability. Provide strategic leadership, drive team development, and ensure sales excellence. Ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines. Collaborate closely with the Nordic Sales and Norway Building Leadership Team to achieve key business objectives. Lead organizational transformation through trust and empowerment. Foster a positive and productive company culture and work environment.Your defining qualities
Documented results from leading a sales organization, preferably within products, services and software, with solid understanding of partner and/or channel sales. Extensive market and sales expertise in building technologies. Strong background in change management, contract management and negotiation. Adaptive leadership style that effectively engages teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and inclusion. Customer-focused approach with a demonstrated ability to develop strategies that drive sustainable growth.
