Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction for the Korea province region; Manage the sales team to drive sales strategies to meet plan and expand business; Ensure team maintains a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed sales objectives; Run pricing within territory to control profitabilityPerform sales calls and vendor relations with all customers and potential customers in the assigned territoryIdentify & Develop new emerging account targets along with identify new products, services, and vendors to expand product portfolio.Provide customer presentations articulating the value proposition of the proposed product/solution.Collaborate with all relevant teams to find new sales opportunities and customers for lab products.Develop cross divisional teamwork and integrated selling approaches to expand lab products sales.Acquire and report information of market trends, competitive promotions and other activities from the market that may aid the sales and marketing activity.Secure a clear overview of the key accounts and develop a plan to expand the sale of lab products at the account.Provide reports to the sales manager on the result of development of the key products and accounts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree with a scientific focus such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food and Nutrition or related field, or the equivalent knowledge and Academic/functional experience.  Other degrees will be considered with appropriate work history.

Experience   

10+ years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, with experience managing teamsMust have an outstanding understanding of our markets and be knowledgeable of diverse laboratory product applications
