You'll rotate through key departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service, gaining a 360-degree view of our business. By the end of the program, you'll be prepared to take on a managerial position at one of our new or existing locations. Program Overview As you enter into a dynamic career path at Feldco, here’s are the facets of the Management Development Program that will prepare you for leadership with: + Hands-On Rotations: Experience every facet of our business as you rotate through key departments—Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service. Develop essential managerial skills and receive personalized feedback to refine your leadership abilities. + Leadership Preparation: Get ready to step into a managerial role with confidence. You’ll be trained and mentored to take charge of a new or existing Feldco location, with relocation opportunities within 12-18 months. Qualifications: + Required: + At least two years of proven leadership & Management experience. + A passion for leading teams and delighting customers. + Flexibility to relocate within 18 months. + Preferred: + A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field. Job Information: + Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday To Friday; 1 Hour Lunch + Location: 6300 North River Road, Rosemont, IL, 60018 + Pay Range: $75,000 Benefits Offered To Feldco Employees: + Health: Comprehensive medical coverage, including options for PPO and HMO plans.
