We are seeking a sales manager to join our Domestic sales  team. You will be responsible for sales manager. Your role plays a crucial part in Domestic sales, which will contribute to // positively impact Domestic sales. In this position, you will report to Eric Yi.

Job Responsibility 工作职责:

领导华东区域销售团队巩固传统优势市场,开发新市场、高潜力市场,完成团队年度订单/销售/利润等KPI考核及任务; 有效的支持/管理和开发代理商、分销渠道及各大设计院; 系统性、连续性的开发和维护本区域内的大型客户,在短期内让韶瑞品牌在该区域大客户群体中占有一定的份额; 配合集团的整体战略,有效的协助制定和执行市场战略; 顺应市场变化,主动以身作则,力求持续创新,拥抱变化,并带领团队找到解决之道; 帮助团队用卓越的产品和应用知识武装自己,变“价格销售”为“价值销售”; 积极开拓本地有影响力的EPC/EPCPO合作伙伴,为获得整线/整厂销售机会铺平道路; 明确清晰的执行销售区域化管理,以保证销售业绩的可持续增长; 和售后服务部门紧密配合,用主机销售带来配件及磨耗件销售的增长; 奉行透明、开放的沟通机制,无论是在团队内部还是在公司内部; 加强团队合作精神,打造开放、包容、互相尊重的极具战斗力的销售龙头团队; 帮助团队成员取得成功是该职位的重要职责之一,要求候选人将“利他之心”贯彻到自己的工作态度及具体管理工作当中。

 

Experience Requirements 任职要求:

5年以上行业内业务拓展及行业销售经验; 经验包括独立工作达到销售目标、区域管理、经销商及渠道开发及管理、大客户开发及维护、系统集成销售和基础财务经验。

以结果为导向的自我驱动型; “利他型”的领导风格; 灵敏的市场嗅觉、良好的预见性; 频繁出差、在强大压力下工作; 有大局观、成熟的全盘考虑意识; 英语可作为工作语言是加分项
