Sales Manager EFS - Nordics & Eastern Europe

As Sales Manager, you will develop and lead the execution of strategic growth plans for all sales activity for the nVent ERICO, ERIFLEX and CADDY brands within the Nordics and Eastern EU regions (focusing on Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Baltics).
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
+ Leading a technical sales team to achieve growth with electrical & mechanical contractors, OEMs, panel builders, EPCs, specifiers, project owners, and distributor partners.
+ Develop a sales strategy and objectives to improve revenue and identify growth potential for targeted customers.
+ Lead all aspects of the creation and implementation of effective territory sales plans to drive the growth of current customers, new business development, and successful entry into emerging markets.
+ Closely partner with the marketing team and product specialists to identify industry and regional opportunities and coordinate appropriate sales models and methods to support market growth.
+ Deliver and refine presentations and lead discussions highlighting our benefits and value propositions.
+ Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve the solution set and refine messaging.
+ Use Salesforce as a tool to run the opportunity pipeline and communicate feedback internally.
+ Actively lead and mentor your team to develop an understanding and dedication to sales strategies, pricing, joint calls, and personal/business development.
+ Set clear expectations with the sales team and embed an accountability approach for meeting sales objectives.
+ Act as the voice of the customer; collaborate with various business functions to ensure direction on products, processes, and strategies.
YOU HAVE:
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or relevant experience (ideally 8+ years) in technical sales
+ Previous experience in or with
+ Electrical sales with a focus on Commercial & Industrial and/or Utility and/or Renewables and/or Energy Storage and/or Data Center
+ Experience with leading direct or indirect reports
+ Minimum 5+ years outside sales and/or territory management
+ Experience working with end user customers on projects and electrical distribution
+ Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably salesforce.com
+ You have a strong teamwork-oriented mentality!
+ Ability to work from home office and travel time of 50%, if necessary
+ Must be proficient in English
