Your role and responsibilities

As Account Manager you are responsible for the incoming orders/sales budget, while adhering to the price guidelines. This includes the organization and planning of measures to increase incoming orders/sales new customers and the introduction of new products and systems.• Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.• Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.• Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.• Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.

Experience in sales of technical products and systemsIn-depth technical understanding of the relevant technologiesIn-depth understanding of electrical wholesale and electrical installer market in Germany and an existing relevant networkStrong collaboration skills
