Within the commercial team, the Engineered Project Sales Specialist is responsible for the growth of the EMEIA Engineered Air Treatment Solutions project sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the engineered project sales segment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, engineers, contractors, and project owners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client specifications and requirements.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company
SKILLS
• Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 60%).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration combined with strong technical knowledge, alternatively Engineering with strong commercial experience, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the engineered project sales segment.
• Experience working in the compressed air or gas treatment industry.
• Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and management.
• Relevant industry certifications or training
