What You’ll do:
As a Sales Manager for the Events sector, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. You’ll lead a high-performing sales team, shaping strategies that deliver revenue and profit growth. Your role includes:
Creating a winning strategy: Develop and execute robust sales strategies in alignment with Aggreko’s goals.
Leading by example: Motivate and coach your team to achieve and exceed KPI’s and revenue targets.
Driving customer excellence: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Managing opportunities: Oversee the sales pipeline, maintain CRM standards, and lead by example in customer interactions.
Promoting innovation: Act as a change agent, driving improvements and innovation in the events sector.
Delivering results: Ensure consistent achievement of sales revenue, EBITDA targets, and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills We’re Looking For:
Experienced in managing and motivating a sales team within the Events sector.
Initially specialising in the Film & Broadcast sector, therefore, experience in this area would be beneficial.
Previous experience in the equipment rental industry is beneficial.
Adept at understanding customer needs and creating tailored solutions.
Financially savvy with a strong grasp of pricing, profitability, and market trends.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, maintaining focus and high standards.
