Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong experience in building, managing, and coaching a sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
