📍 Location: Remote (Germany, France, or Belgium)

💼 Contract: Full-time via an umbrella company

🎯 Mission:

Develop and implement international sales strategies Identify and acquire new clients in Western Europe Negotiate contracts and close deals Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events Provide market insights for product development

🛠 Profile:
✔️ Experience: 10+ years in construction sales (5+ if in the paint industry)
✔️ Languages: Fluent in English and German
✔️ Skills: Negotiation, networking, sales pipeline management, problem-solving
