We’re here to better our world with biology. + Join us as Sales Manager Welcome to Human health Biosolutions + In this role you’ll make an impact by : + Responsible for own nominated key accounts; meet or exceed pre-defined sales targets. + Develop sales plan, pipeline and ensure execution; + Proactively seek new customers and sales opportunities to drive sustainable business growth; use internal opportunity management tools to develop opportunities into commercialized solution by value-selling and maximum CHR scientific value and credibility; prioritize key projects among many opportunities; + Execute Global and Regional strategies in terms of NPD, pricing, projects, etc. + Cross-functional coordination with RA, supply chain, finance, GSA and global team, etc. + In charge of Global Strategic Account operation in China; be responsible for coordination among GSA, cross-functional supporting team, and local team to drive the localized projects in China; + Key Account Management including initiate KA strategy, KA Plan and implement value-selling approach; maintain and develop KA relationships; drive ideation and innovation workshops, etc.; + Distributor management including distributor KPIs, incentive, training, contract, conflict management, etc.; + Provide timely monthly reports, call reports, rolling forecast, competition information, etc To succeed you must hold: + Fluent English of writing and communication; + Master degree in Food and Nutrition, Chemicals or Biology, MBA is preferred; + 8+years of value-selling sales experience in multinational companies, 5+ years in dietary supplement, probiotics, health nutrition or OTC experience is preferred; Could our purpose be yours?
