Sales Manager (Hospitality)Purpose of the Role:
The Sales Manager will manage new and renewal sales for all Amadeus Hospitality products in Thailand, represent Amadeus Hospitality in the regio. Focusing on optimizing sales revenue and achieving corporate goals. This role requires strong communication skills and relevant sales experience to effectively develop sales strategies, manage their pipeline effectively, and support the collections team when necessary. Sales Manager will foster relationships with key stakeholders/customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
Achieve impactful results for Amadeus Hospitality within the region.
Achieve sales goals in the assigned territory.
Evaluate the market and competitors, focusing on product standards and pricing policies
Implement strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales objectives.
Complete order management processes in alignment with company policies.
Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts.
Create client-specific presentations using available templates and software.
Stay informed about market conditions and industry information impacting Amadeus' business.
Develop strategic plans for long- and short-term revenue growth.
- Industry Representation:
Advocate for Amadeus Hospitality Solutions within all industry bodies in the region.
Represent Amadeus Hospitality at local industry bodies and events.
Establish yourself as an industry expert within the territory.
Organize industry events and seminars to position Amadeus Hospitality as the industry leader.
- Collections:
Work with the collections department to ensure all orders are paid within 60 days of invoicing.
Work with clients on outstanding bills over 90 days.
- Administrative:
Manage pipeline opportunities within Salesforce and forecast sales accurately.
Update Salesforce with account contact details and activity logs.
Relevant Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role within the hospitality or travel industry.
Good understanding of the travel and distribution industry.
Strong negotiating and communication skills.
Focused on achieving results and goals.
Ability to suggest creative solutions and new working methods.
Skilled in influencing others with effective arguments.
Capable of establishing and maintaining relationships at all levels.
Acts independently and takes a stand based on personal views.
Works collaboratively in a team environment across multiple countries.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously and meets deadlines.
