Join our team as a Sales Master Coach - Lead, Inspire, and Drive Results!

Are you a natural leader with a passion for sales and coaching? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Master Coach to empower and guide a team of Sales Champions who’s responsibility is to help frontline team members develop the skills needed to enable effective discovery of customer needs, and positioning of recommendations, highlighting the value prop of these solutions. You will play a critical role in the execution of the sales strategy within the account to move from a cost center to a value driver.

As a Sales Master Coach on our team, you will: 

-    Inspire & elevate your team by pushing the boundaries with best in class coaching conversations with your team.
-    Lead a high performing team of Sales Champions to hit & achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
-    Provide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-date.
-    Be an enabler to remove roadblocks and help team to resolve challenges to drive sales opportunities
-    Analyze data, performance and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practice for client/specific territories
-    Stay ahead of the curve on developments in client services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and market 
-    Be the go-to-point of escalation for our clients and respond promptly to any issues
-    Maintain a balanced level of communication with the senior leadership team and external facing client to ensure strategic client relationship is fostering and developed
-    Coordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive Funds
-    Cultivate valuable partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
