Main Responsibilities:
Set objectives and priorities for the sales team, consistent with company goals
Ensure the completion of daily meetings by the sales reps, F2F or remote. Accompany, mentor and give feedback on a routine basis
Enhance the sales competences of the team in the therapeutic areas, company products & competitors’ knowledge
Ensures that all team members comply with the Global and Local policies and procedures
Prepares reports on the results of the team and monitors the achievement of the performance goals of each sales representative
Develop and implementation of HCPs engagement plan
Encourage implementation of strategic plan including CMEs, JCs etc.
Provide internal partners with value-adding fair-balanced information regarding therapeutic area, treatment options, emerging standards of care, and competitive intelligence
Collect and analyze team members’ results and insights
Participate in development of product strategy with focus on field-based activities
Act as product champion to motivate the field sales team
Performance manage the team through setting and reviewing priorities. Provides appropriate and timely feedback about performance and coaches team members to help them achieve their goals
Supports the professional and career development of the team by identifying the skills and competencies that employees need for their current and prospective roles and provide opportunities to learn and practice new skills
Leads the building of a motivated and engaged team using formal and informal recognition, regular communications and the encouragement of collaboration between individuals and teams
Recruiting and training new team members
Identifies, collects and reports to the Affiliate Pharmacovigilance Unit, according to the relevant local Pharmacovigilance procedures, all the adverse events as well as all the safety information concerning the Sanofi Group’s products, within one working day.
Handle future pharmacovigilance and quality complain
Acts in line with all ethical & compliance rules of the Group
Promote, coordinate and control that all actions carried out in their respective areas are in compliance with the guidelines established by HSE, including road safety
About you:
At least 8 years-experience in pharma business; at least 3 years in a managerial role
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science or related fields
Previous experience as Medical/Sales Representative is an advantage
Previous experience as Sales Manager is an advantage
Excellent commercial abilities, sales performance, and marketing knowledge
Excellent change management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Functional proficiency in English
