Do you possess advanced market knowledge?_** **_Join us as a Sales Manager and ensure an effective and efficient collaboration between all functional areas on a local and regional level that will drive towards the same aligned goals for the business._** **What is the job about?** As the Sales Manager your primary responsibility is to lead the external sales team towards delivering on the sales growth and profitability targets. You will manage all aspects of the Performance P&L (PMA). You will be accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships to the main Customers in the area. As a part of the Sales Management team, you will take part in defining strategic and tactical initiatives for the region as well as execution of these plans within own area of responsibility. You will be responsible forCzech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Moreover, you will: + Support, motivate, challenge and develop the organisation to maximise the sales effort and effectiveness. This includes people management, development, and coaching within the department. + Prepare annual budget and sales growth plan for the regional area and contribute to the budget process. + Define pricing policy and implement price increase as agreed with global management. + Steer correct utilization of and monitor and report on pipeline, order intake, sales, profitability, cost and collections, and manage to the agreed budget (PMA). + Review and negotiate substantial orders, framework agreements and rebates according to DOA. + Define tactical marketing plan in close collaboration with marketing. + Collaborate with business development on bringing new offerings to the market. **Your background:** We imagine that you have: + Master’s degree in business and/or engineering combined with at least 10 years of relevant experience from a large international company working in a similar role. + Digital services experience. + Deep understanding of the Industrial Energy market with strong contacts within IEM’s, OEM’s, HVAC & EPC companies. + Fluent in English. **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
