Sales Manager - Individual Solutions

**What You'll Do**
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our Individual Solutions team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Investment Advisor Representatives (IAR's) working in the "Managed Money" area of service that help participants achieve Retirement Readiness and Financial Wellness by providing Fiduciary Recommendations to In-Plan Participants.

+ Build and influence strategic partnerships with our plan sponsors, consultants, sales team and relationship managers
+ Lead and handle the day to day responsibilities of a team with the priority of maintaining and strengthening a based on strong culture, flexibility, nimbleness and results/outcome based mentality within a highly regulated environment
+ Use a strategic lense to leverage data to inform business decisions and priorities

**Who You Are**
+ Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 8+ years of experience on a sales or service team marketing products and services
+ FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 63, FINRA Series 24 or equivalent registrations required immediately upon employment
+ FINRA Series 65 or 66Licenses or ability to obtain within 90 days required. Must meet firm standards for registration within applicable jurisdictions
+ Ability to interpret and market all approved products and services offered in our product suite
+ Mentor, develop, influence, and motivate internal partners to meet department and company goals
+ Provide clear direction and define priorities that are linked to business strategies and goals of the company
+ Sound operational and supervisory judgment
+ Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ Effective time management and organizational skills
+ Demonstrated commitment to holding yourself and others to a high degree of integrity
+ This position may be subject to SEC restrictions on personal political contributions
+ You’ll be required to become a non-registered fingerprint person of PSI
**Skills That Will Help You Stand Out**
+ Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) supported and encouraged for growth and development
+ Using data analysis to achieve results, financial planning competence, extensive industry knowledge, understanding of competitor's product offering, and business practices
**Salary Range Information**
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
**Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)**
$95200 - $182400 / year
**Time Off Program**
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
