Manage a team of Sales Staff, that will train and develop leads into sales. It is the life blood of our Sales organization. Responsibilities: * Desking Sales Deals * Training and Developing Sales Staff * Work with the Finance Dept for compliance * Manage New and Used Car Inventory * Work with customers' needs Qualifications: * Ability to maintain gross but build volume at the same time * Ability to mentor, train, and motivate sales staff * Most important is that this person is coachable and able to follow and execute a plan * Experience,Prior Sales Management * Prior Sales Management Experience - Domestic preferred
