As the Measure System Solution Sales Manager you will directly lead the Measure System Solutions Sales Team. Reporting to the Field Instruments Sales Director, you will engage with all appropriate customers, to plan, develop and control the implementations of Sales Initiatives to achieve orders volume and profitability targets for agreed product lines and system solution in the agreed sales territory.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Define the budget for Analytical product (Gas and Liquid) as well for Analytical systems and flow metering skids. Responsible for the achievement of Sales, Bookings and Gross Profit targets for the appropriate product lines. Identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and implement the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability. Lead the development, reviewing process and communicate the consistent business development plan for designated area of responsibility to Emerson organization. Lead and support the domestic sales team by setting clear and measurable business objectives Identify the needs and actively support the process of skills and talents development within the designated team using available Performance excellence process and tools Report regularly to the BU Sales team on market trends, competition strategies and customer behavior which may affect the Emerson business strategies Sign and co-sign the Business contracts and transactions with customers on behalf of the company within the applicable rules and policies, including Delegation of Authority and Power of Attorney Cooperate closely with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and improve the customer’s overall satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Engineering degree or comparable technical education 3-5 years of experience in Direct Sales and Sales Management, including people management Proficiency in Italian and English (verbal, reading and writing) is required Willingness to travel in Italy and also outside up to 50% of the time (driving license required)Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Good knowledge/experience of engineered systems solution for analytical and flow skids Strong personality with the ability to communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization Validated experience in effectively managing, motivating, and developing teams is ideal Dedication to improvement Excellent communication and presentation skills!
