Sales Manager - Miami

As our Sales Manager in Miami, you will play a key role in driving Blacklane’s growth by creating and fostering local B2B partnerships with businesses, hotels, corporate clients, and event organizers. This is a unique opportunity to shape Blacklane’s footprint in Miami and elevate our presence in the luxury transportation space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Miami's business landscape, a passion for delivering excellent service, and a drive to create lasting partnerships that fuel growth. YOUR CHALLENGE: Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new B2B partnerships with local businesses, luxury hotels, event planners, corporate accounts, and other potential partners who align with Blacklane's premium service offering. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for our partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a local sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive new business opportunities through tailored solutions for Miami-based clients, ensuring that Blacklane becomes their preferred luxury transportation partner. Market Expansion: Leverage local market insights and business intelligence to enhance our position and expand Blacklane’s reach across Miami. Position Blacklane as the go-to luxury chauffeur service for high-end businesses. Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the regional sales team and senior leadership to tailor sales initiatives to the Miami market. Execute sales plans with a strong focus on creating value for clients and long-term growth. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Blacklane at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the brand’s presence and reputation in the Miami business community. Client Retention & Satisfaction: Work closely with existing clients and partners to ensure continued satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
 ABOUT YOU: Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the luxury services, hospitality, or transportation industries Strong understanding of the Miami market and a network of contacts in local businesses, luxury hotels, and corporate sectors Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact with high-level decision-makers A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms (AmpleMarket) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Fluency in English and Spanish
