What you’ll do ​& Who you are

As part of a team of 5 people and reporting to an Advertising Director, you will be responsible, jointly with Client Directors, for a media agency portfolio. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for :

- Ensure customer coverage through face-to-face meetings to present Leboncoin's digital offering to agency trading teams.

- Knowing/understanding customer objectives and needs 

- Drawing up personalized presentations tailored to your customers' needs and challenges

- Drawing up sales proposals and CRM follow-up / creating insertion orders.

- Work closely with all members of the Advertising team (marketing, media trading, OPS, programmatic, etc.).

- Monitor your market and sector: the different players, the state of the competition, emerging trends, etc.

- Cooperate in collective performance

- Report on activity on a weekly basis in conjunction with the Account Manager 

- Monitor and analyze campaigns in conjunction with the Media Trading division, in order to build customer loyalty by sharing campaign reports.

- Be a driving force behind optimizations and upsells on digital campaigns for which you will be responsible.

- Meet qualitative and quantitative targets.


Qualifications

- Minimum 2, 3 years' experience in digital advertising (Agency/Agency)

- You have good customer relations and are easy to talk to.

- You have excellent convincing skills, you know how to listen and adapt to your interlocutor. 

- Very good command of sales techniques (reformulation, contextualized presentation of an offer, argumentation, handling objections, negotiation, closing the sale).

- A taste for challenge

- You are said to be persevering, curious, organized and results-oriented.

- You enjoy working as part of a team. 

- Good command of office software (Google Suite, Salesforce, Powerpoint)
