**About The Role**
Sales manager will be responsible PI portfolio (Czech Republic, Slovakia). The sales manager will report to Business Unit Director.
Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Implementing strategies for business growth through new customer acquisition and account penetration.
+ Maintaining relationships with existing accounts and developing new ones.
+ Analyzing customer data to find opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
+ Leading sales teams to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
+ Monitoring industry trends and competitive activity to stay ahead of the competition.
+ Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
+ Identifying potential areas of expansion and recommending strategies for growth.
+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for customers.
**Qualifications**
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in direct management sales team in hospital market and a practical knowledge in terms of hospitals tender processes.
+ An understanding of the Health Care Industry, Czech Health Care System, key drivers and influencers to establish effective account objectives.
+ Strong communication in English and the local language.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets..
+ Ability to travel frequently throughout the year.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
+ Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to changing environments.
