Marketing & Sales Manager - ELSB & ELSP
Your role and responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain ELSP & ELSB Turkiye effective PRODUCT sales strategy in specified market scope in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Set, plan and ensure execution of ELSP & ELSB Turkiye PRODUCT sales strategy within the assigned scope, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction.Proactively leading, developing and coaching the channel management & region management organizations. Monitor proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively lead, develop and coach the sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to exceed the sales targets through high performance.Main AccountabilitiesCreates, plans and implements ELSP & ELSB Turkiye PRODUCT sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives for the channels and regions in ELSP&ELSB, Defines key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance,Proactively anticipates and identifies shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial action. Drives top line growth,Identifies and evaluates business opportunities with existing and potential customers (Distributors, SIs, OEMs, and Panel Builders), working closely with channel and regional managers to implement strategic plans,Builds and nurtures strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating contracts and ensuring long-term partnerships,Implements customer surveys and acts on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction,Identifies, monitors and maintains/exceeds the sales market price levels, evaluating with Product Management pricing impact on the results,Supports local sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets,Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams with region managers and channel managers,Identifies and manages potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels including cyber security risks,Develops, implements and reviews sales processes and tools, and all related training and development activities,Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed,Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration,Execute annual detailed account strategies for channel partners and for top line growth across the country and collaborate with multiple ABB sales teams and channel partners.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field,Minimum of 15 years of experiences in sales,Proven expertise in key account management and channel partner management,Fluent in both Turkish and English,Strong communication skills, both with customers and internal teams,Well-established connections with key accounts and the ability to foster long-term strategic partnerships,Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills.
