Sales Manager Renewable Energies

We are looking for a Sales Manager - Renewable Energies Market to join our team. 
Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, reporting to BU Leader - REN, you will be responsible for the planning, development and sales of products for the Renewable Energies segment in Brazilian market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Promote the Prysmian product portfolio to customersIdentify trends and needs for products and solutions in the Renewable ​​energy market
• Participate in the definition of plans, together with the management of BU, goals, strategies and sales policies, subsidizing and supporting decisions with market information and data, as well as analyzing and monitoring the results of plans and goals for adjustments necessary, ensuring the achievement of results.
• Responsible for conducting business strategy meetings and presentations and / or operational matters in the clients under their responsibility, at the most diverse levels relationship with customers.
• Coordinate and manage sales activities, prospecting business with customers portfolio, proposals, development of new applications together with
application of products to expand product mix.
• Acting in the proactive management of the client's Backlog from critical analysis of offers to completion of the payment cycle, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and minimizing risks to the operation.
• Ensuring the best image of the company and products on the market, maintaining frequent contacts with customers, using the Sales Force tool to record actions and contacts with the clients.
• Adequate management of expenses control, keeping them within the limits of the approved budget.
• Prepare sales follow-up reports for your portfolio and recommend actions
when necessary.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with the following skills and motivations:

• Complete higher education (preferably engineering). MBA or Postgraduate
will be considered a differential
• Sales experience in the segment of electrical or related materials with a focus on Renewable Market.
• Demonstrate administrative aptitude, time management and ability to multitask.
• Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with stressful circumstances.
• Management of sales volume, margin and marketing share KPI’s
• Proactive and with excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Empathy and diversity in the management of its customers promoting the company in the most different levels of customer organization.
• Work in partial Home-office regime and available to make visits to clients and trips 80% of the time.
• Passion for learning and personal growth, aiming to gain market share.
• Solid technical understanding of the sales process in order to influence customers responsibility.
• Ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Power BI and Sales Force will be
considered differentials.
