Sales Manager will be responsible to plan, formulate and manage all sales activities in assigned territory in order to contribute to the plan to meet the revenue and profit objectives/targets for SBD.
· Business through cooperation with assigned existing and new key customers. Work out and monitor the implementation of annual key account plans for national key customers.
· Demand planning of baseline volumes per customer and forecast on campaign products and products outside standard ranges are being kept up to date in line with the monthly S&OP rhythm.
· Work out and implement key account plans based on strategic targets and operating income.
· Negotiate long-term contracts and service agreements with key accounts, to maximise sales and growth, both in turn-over as in margin.
· Host and participate key business events, e.g. trade shows, exhibitions, in-store demonstrations and events to expand upon sales opportunities.
· Supervise/lead the sales reps assigned to the stores within the district.
· Handling of complaints and warranty claims.
· Monitoring of trends within market and competitive suppliers.
· Close cooperation with Marketing to ensure alignment with customer needs and development of Marketing campaigns.
