Sales Manager, Semiconductor Technology - Permanent - Remote within US

For one of our clients, Proclinical are currently looking for a Sales Manager USA - Semiconductor Technology. This role can be performed 100% remotely.

The Sales Manager, Semiconductor Technology's responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the American Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) MarketBuild strong customer relationships and establish strategic partnershipsIdentify and acquire new business opportunities in relevant market segmentsWork closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer serviceConduct market analyses and competitive studies to identify trends and growth opportunitiesLead contract negotiations and ensure long-term customer retention

Your Profile:

Completed studies in engineering, business administration, electrical engineering, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experienceSeveral years of experience in sales within the semiconductor industry or a technically driven environmentAn existing network with companies in the MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor) sectorStrong understanding of technological trends and the needs of the semiconductor industryExcellent communication and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levelsEntrepreneurial mindset and high self-motivation to achieve targetsFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel within the United States

Compensation:

$137,000 to $140,000 per annum.
