As the Sales Development Manager you will interface with all levels of the ICR and customer organizations with the objective of increasing ICR sales & profitability to ensure the business's financial objectives are achieved. An experienced sales associate with a proven track record of commercializing new business wins in the French Speaking markets in Europe and Africa. You will be required to have intimate knowledge of Refinish and Industrial Coatings.Key Responsibilities: Implement a plan to grow ICR sales and profitability for new and existing customers.Interface with various customers to promote ICR SPRINT products.Communicate the customer's needs to the various ICR functions.Interact with ICR resources to support customer needs to optimize sales.Fully understand ICR's product portfolio and benefits to ensure value selling.Understand the competitive landscape, current gaps and anticipate future gaps to improve ICR's market position.Qualifications:3-5+ years in selling experience to importers and distributors.Experience in the Car Refinish and Industrial Coatings.Excellent relationship building experience and ability to communicate effectively across cultural and industry barriers.Basic computer skills.Travel 40% or more depending on pipeline.Fluent knowledge of both English and French speaking and writingAt ICR, we work every day to develop and deliver the paints, coatings and materials that our customers have trusted for more than 60 years. La persona ricercata è un sales con una comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo commerciale nei mercati francofoni in Europa e Africa e dovrà avere una conoscenza approfondita del settore Car Refinish e Vernici Industriali.Principali responsabilità: • Sviluppare un piano per aumentare le vendite e la redditività di ICR tramite clienti nuovi ed esistenti.• Interfacciarsi con vari clienti per promuovere i prodotti ICR SPRINT.• Riportare le esigenze dei clienti alle varie funzioni ICR.• Interagire con le risorse ICR per supportare le esigenze dei clienti al fine di ottimizzare le vendite.• Comprendere appieno il portafoglio prodotti e i vantaggi di ICR per garantire il miglior mix di vendita.• Comprendere il panorama competitivo, le lacune attuali e anticipare i possibili gap futuri per migliorare la quota di mercato di ICR.Competenze: • dai 3 ai 5+ anni di esperienza di vendita ad importatori e distributori.• Esperienza nel settore del refinish auto e vernici industriali.• Ottima esperienza nella creazione di relazioni e capacità di comunicare efficacemente tenendo conto delle barriere culturari di ogni Paese..• Competenze informatiche di base.• Disponibilità a viaggiare il 40% o più a seconda della pipeline.• Conoscenza fluente di inglese e francese, sia parlato che scritto.In ICR, lavoriamo ogni giorno per sviluppare e fornire le vernici, i rivestimenti e i materiali di cui i nostri clienti si fidano da oltre 60 anni.
