Sales & Marketing Brand Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, strategic Sales and Marketing Brand Manager to drive our brand’s visibility while equipping our sales teams with the tools they need to win. In this hybrid role, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute comprehensive initiatives that support both brand messaging and sales enablement.

This job will be expected to perform duties Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This job will require up to 30% travel for the calendar year. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Marketing Initiatives

Develop and communicate a robust marketing plan that aligns with our brand vision Create, publish, and manage compelling case studies, blogs, newsletters, and other communications Oversee the marketing toolkit, ensuring that resources are up-to-date and effectively distributed Strategize multimedia campaigns, including video content and social media engagement. Manage trade show logistics, coordinate branding budgets, and handle contractor services for co-branded items and marketing support Update and maintain website content, ensuring timely revisions and uploads Coordinate media plans, marketing announcements, and incentive programs (including trips and awards) Manage Marketing Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate completion of brand initiatives Forecasts and manage brand marketing budget in conjunction with Leadership and Finance.

Sales Enablement & Operations

Design and implement training programs to enhance sales performance Organize quarterly rep webinars, national sales meetings, and regional events Gather and analyze Voice-of-Customer (VoC) insights to inform both sales and marketing strategies Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted selling resources Manage sales and distributor orientation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic and corporate account goals Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Proven experience in both marketing and sales enablement operations Strong project management and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated success in developing integrated marketing campaigns and sales training programs Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

Education and Experience:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field 5-7 years of experience within a related marketing or sales enablement field
