The Sales and Marketing Compensation Specialist will be responsible for the administration of our commission-based and variable incentive plans.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the appropriate distribution and execution of all compensation plans for commission-based and variable incentive programs  Maintain an in-depth understanding of all Sales & Marketing compensation programs to effectively to ensure appropriate administration and effectively respond to inquiries Ensure all plans are consistently administered in compliance with company policies
