Job DescriptionABOUT YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will engage in the execution of product line initiatives, and key Sales and Marketing processes to support the commercial function, and help deliver sales targets. You will assist to grow the overall product sales, optimise the current products and play a key role in the introduction of new products to meet market needs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Working closely with Product Managers and Marketing Specialists, you will drive key strategies including:
Provide daily support to commercial teams in the form of pricing, information and expert knowledge and ensure products are recommended that are fit for purposeSupport key pricing processes including maintenance of quotation tools, price lists, Price Fx maintenance and othersData collection and analysis for monthly reportingSystems management that support our Commercial Team including Salesforce.comApplication of tactical Initiatives and engagement with 3rd party end usersSupport and provide data inputs for the sales and operating plan S&OP process and Demand ReviewsRegional Sales Processes - Customer Experience and Customer MappingSalesforce.com local maintenance and help desk support to our Commercial team in the field.Coordination and support of Product Launches, item maintenance and data hygieneAdministration support to the Commercial team including Conference planning like Trade Shows and Travel arrangementsSupport our product quality investigations and sample requestsGeneral administrative support to the wider business which may include front office duties, reception and customer service.QualificationsWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Preferred tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Commerce3 - 5 years of experience as Sales Administrator / Sales Co-ordinator / Sales & Marketing Administrator / Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator.Previous experience within the printing, label and packaging industry, dealing with Converters, key target Market customers and End-Users is desirableCandidates with a B2B Business Environment involving a regional Supply Chain is also preferred.
