In this vital role you will [top-line statement connecting primary position responsibility to employer brand]. + Manage and maintain the CRM system (Veeva), ensuring data accuracy and integrity. + Analyze sales and marketing data to generate insights and reports for business performance metrics. + Support and collaborate with Brand Teams and In-Field teams to develop tools and strategies for improving customer interactions. + Build Sales & Market Performance Dashboards & KPIs based on different data sources. + Actively participate in business planning processes, including quarterly business reviews, brand POA, and strategic planning processes. + Develop and implement sales incentive plans for the affiliate in accordance with the definitions agreed upon by the incentive committee and global SOPs. + Maintain records and documentation of the incentive process: calculate monthly incentives and monitor any deviations that may affect the sales forecast and established sales targets. + Report and communicate the established sales quotas and results of each period to the people involved in the process. **What we expect of you** We are all different, but we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The Senior Business Analytics and Information Associate professional we are looking for is a professional who must meet these qualifications **Basic Qualifications:** + Master’s degree OR + Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or + Associate’s degree and 6 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company Or + High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company experience **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. + Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of sales and marketing processes within the healthcare sector. + Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, PowerBI and Veeva. + Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting. + Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (written, verbal, and presentation). + Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Understanding of multi-channel marketing concepts. + Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. + Prior experience with competitive intelligence, forecasting, and/or data reporting is preferred. **What you can expect of us** As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for your professional and personal growth and well-being.
