Job details We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team at Spherion Seattle. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and the recruitment industry while contributing to our mission of connecting top talent with great companies. ... Responsibilities:
-Cold call, email, and reach out to prospects
-Build relationships with prospective clients through office visits, presentations, and negotiations
-Navigate contracts and pricing conversations to ensure maximum return on our workforce solutions
-Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote our services and brand
-Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
-Support the sales team in lead generation, prospect outreach, and client follow-ups
-Create engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company LinkedIn profile
-Help analyze marketing and sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights
-Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly
-Maintain organized records of sales leads, client communications, and marketing activities
