Marketing Manager, Malaysia & Singapore

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Driving top line through Marketing Campaigns and accountability of numbers forValue Capture without VESTEnhanced SeriesVital Sign MonitorAATPSSDriving Digital campaignsDriving sales for on- line portals for FLC  (Annual Target $100K)Working closely with RA on weekly basis to ensure timely closure of all registrationsBusiness Case preparation and approvals from RGBUCreating Training Material in collaboration with Clinical & MedicalCreating Marketing Material in association with Medical & RAFull accountability of Marketing BudgetFull accountability of Conferences, Meetings (Attending all critical conferences & Meetings)Driving CME/ DEMO & Monitoring the same via dashboards on Monthly basis6 Days/Month JFW with HST MY & SG (Exclusive of meetings & Conferences )Working from Office when not in Field: preferred ModeWorking closely with GRBU & attending monthly meeting and presenting India performanceAttending the monthly MRR & presenting Marketing section to Cluster HeadAnnual Brand plan & MAPs preparationCreating a repository of Market insights & developing campaigns basis the insightsAttending the monthly review meetings along with Cluster Head HST with sales teamAttending the quarterly review meetings along with sales with DistributorsCreating a repository of communications from RA, RGBU on products and disseminating the same with sales & clinical teamResponsible for CEC operations IMS

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Science or equivalent, MBA is preferredMinimum 5 years of marketing experience in medical equipment industryProven track record for consistency in performance within sales or marketing functionStrategic thinking, innovative and strong analytical skills to drive marketing plansLeadership skills to drive executional excellenceStrong KOL management skillsAble to work with cross functional team to drive resultsExcellent presentation and communication skillsGood interpersonal skill and a team playerMotivated to drive for resultsExecution excellence to drive marketing activities and support sales executionStrong commitment to Baxter Code of Conduct (Ethics and Compliance)
