Role Summary:

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing objectives, policies and programs for marketing activities of the Baxter Commercial organization. In this role you will plan, direct, and coordinate the efforts of the Marketing and Sales team towards the accomplishment of overall commercial objectives. You will work on maintaining and constantly improving the organization's competitive position, while ensuring maximum sales volume at minimum cost.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Formulate and recommend policies and objectives for the organization's marketing and sales activities.

Direct and coordinate all activities of the marketing operation in accomplishing organization objectives and defined sales goals.

Recommend pricing policies including quantities, terms and conditions of sales. Recommend delegation of pricing authority and individual pricing questions with policy implications.

Direct sales planning which includes an analysis of competitive products/services and selling techniques, marketing legislation, sales budgets, quotas, pricing and distribution.

Recommend product/services modifications or improvements based on findings of market research, technical service work or sales personnel feedback.

Direct all organization advertising and sales promotion activities. Coordinate the selection and approval of advertising agencies.

Coordinate both reporting and appraisal of the results of each authorized sales campaign against planned goals.

Oversee sales service activities to assure that current and potential customers receive the best sales service possible.

Monitor performance against budget objectives.

Qualification & Experience:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a similar relevant fields.

10+ years of experience of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare sales experience.

Strong sales management abilities.

Proficient in planning, financial understanding, and analytical competencies.

Understanding of the incentive compensation processes.

Demonstrate ability to work in a matrix sales organization.

Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Critical thinking and analytical skills.

Proven ability to communicate and present effectively.

Excellent team leadership and collaborative abilities.

Proficiency in English.
