Sales & Marketing Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to the company's growth. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills while assisting the NY/NE Sales Manager for Chubb’s A&H retail business (Business Travel Accident, Scholastic and Participant Accident) in their assigned regions.

Location: New York, Boston

 

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential brokers, agents and clients to understand their needs and provide product information, capabilities and training.  Assist in generating new leads and nurturing existing relationships. Conduct product trainings and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Collaborate with the sales team and other Chubb divisions to develop strategies for reaching sales goals. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our tracking systems. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and challenges. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing insurance sales operations. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.A motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 

The pay range for the role is $62,200 to $105,800. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
