Responsibilities The Sales and Office Coordinator position reports to the Sr. Director of Sales. The primary purpose and function of the Sales and Office Coordinator is to provide sales support activities and general office administration. Weekly sales communication Planning and execution of all sales events and meetings in partnership with Sr. Sales Director Managing and ordering Sales samples Distribute sales materials for events and trade shows Research and order company logo SWAG for employee, Sales and Marketing events Assistance of housing broker and distributor contracts and agreements Perform general administrative duties and project work as assigned Assist with calendar management; scheduling meetings and events Assist Marketing with miscellaneous projects and initiatives Assist HR with new employee onboarding and special projects Support auto leasing and reimbursement programs for sales team Prepare and review meeting slides as requested by leadership team Order and maintain office and lunchroom supplies and other office management duties Assistance of housing broker and distributor contracts and agreements Manages security systems including office access and badges Coordinates with IT to support audio/visual needs for the Company’s corporate office and events All other duties as assigned Qualifications 2+ or more years of related administrative support experience in a fast-paced work environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Willing and able to learn new technology and software as they are introduced. Bachelor’s degree a plus Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and in a professional manner to all levels internally and externally Ability to maintain discretion/confidentiality May be required to work extended hours for special business needs Advanced skills in MS Office programs and Outlook Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment Positive, can-do attitude with excellent customer service skills Ability to interact with all levels of management across the organization Ability to manage frequent change, delays, interruptions or unexpected events Organized self-starter with the ability to set independent priorities and take the initiative to anticipate the needs of the organization
