We are looking for a Sales Operation Leader to join our team.

 

Join a dynamic team: As part of the Sales & Key Account Management Excellence team, you will contribute to the transformation of our global commercial organization. Based in Courbevoie, you will play a key role in monitoring local strategies and analyzing sales performance.

Working closely with sales teams and country leadership, you will support the continuous improvement of commercial operations.

Your mission: enhance sales efficiency and help position us as the preferred partner for our key clients.

 

Your main missions:

Sales performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, produce regular reports, identify improvement opportunities, and track customer satisfaction. Commercial planning follow-up: Track commercial plans and KPIs, support local teams, and flag potential risks or opportunities. Sales enablement: Develop sales support materials, adapt global strategies to local markets, and monitor the success of product launches. “Sales Academy” coordination: Roll out sales training programs, monitor participation and effectiveness, and support onboarding of new sales team members. Sales process optimization: Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and support the deployment of sales tools and technologies.

 

Your strengths to succeed:

Education and experience: You have 5 to 10 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role. You possess a solid understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and performance metrics. Technical skills: Proficient in data analysis tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and collaborative and office tools. Personal qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in multicultural environments. Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus. Sector knowledge: Familiarity with the Marine & Offshore sector would be an advantage.
