Position Title: Sales Ops Specialist

Reporting Manager: Senior Manager, Sales Operation, China Refinish Business

SBU/Staff Dept.: Refinish

Region/Location: Huangpu, Shanghai

Core Responsibilities:

Responsible for Sales OLK management and top line budget, update China OLK on a weekly basis, and provide variance analysis vs budget.Develop the visual view to review OLK and to facilitate the OLK review meeting with Management.Track and analyze the trend of weekly OLK in different dimension.Provide monthly OLK to Finance and Supply Chain team.Track progress and execution of the actions plan, and report status to Management.Ad hoc as needed.

Key Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferring in Economics and statistics, or in related background.Minimum 6 years working experience, and with proven ability to work with business leaders to identity and align on data needs and workable solution.Excellent in MS Office applications and advanced Excel skills.Good logical and analytical thinking.Excellent written and verbal communications skillsQuick learner with self-motivated and problem solver.Working experience of Auto industry business would be preferred.
