Sales Operation Specialist Requisition ID: 42327 Job Location(s): Shanghai, CN **Job Responsibilities** + Review and execute Customer Contract Management process as per defined roles and responsibilities + Execute selling price management process + Support sales team to prepare biding documents + Support sales to make documents (incl. get approval on stamping, stamp documents and mail documents) + When necessary ,assist sales to contact Customer Service team to follow up execution sales contract , incl. order placement, stock checking, shipment tracing, invoice , etc. + Support to execute marketing actives, manage product sample, literature, etc. + Level 4 customer order handling to ensure a total smooth order-to-cash flow. + Take the lead generation project to bringing value to the company's business. + As a system expert, responsible for solving system issue and functionality enhancements. + As an expert in Service Excellence, handle team projects simultaneously and independently while adapting to changing roles and priorities. + Confirm and deliver sales orders in a timely manner. + Manage data quality in SAP and ensure accurate order management and delivery processes. + Communicate regularly with the sales and fulfillment teams to enhance delivery and stock performance. **Background & Skills** • Bachelor degree and above, engineering major is preferred. • Good reading and writing of English. • Strong initiative, excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent knowledge of SAP, SFDC, MS Office etc. is plus. • Manage multiple tasks/projects, while being flexible to changing priorities. • Call center working experience is plus. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
