Now, we are powered by 50,000 employees globally who nurture a diverse, collaborative and inclusive culture. **THE POSITION** **We are looking for a** **Sales & Operational Specialist** **in Hungary, Budapest to join our Supply Chain Team, who:** + Keeps and maintains the processes and the parameters in the system (SAP) under the supervision of Supply Chain Manager. + Pro-actively follows up, communicates and looks for alternatives for any supply issues. **MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:** + Preparation, execution and recording of regular functional meetings + Communication with other departments (Regulatory, Quality, Marketing) + Communicates with Boehringer Regional Center Vienna - key user of Supply Chain systems + Checks and follows incoming shipments, communicates with Boehringer Regional Center Vienna to get products at the right time + Schedules and organizes re-packaging process in the most time and cost effective way + KPIs (Days of Inventory, Forecast Accuracy) + Managing of returns, credit notes + Active participation in monthly closing + Schedules and organizes destruction + Handling of special processes + System user in InvoiceTrack, CoRA, Webuy, Futurcast **REQUIRED DEGREE / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE** + _Advanced level qualification / degree_ + _Solid English knowledge (written and oral), Hungarian mother tongue_ + _Experience in pharma supply chain (5+ years)_ + _Advanced level in SAP, min 3+ years experience_ **REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES** + _Negotiation and good communication skills_ + _Customer orientation_ + _Accuracy_ + _Structure orientation_ + _Analytical thinking_ + _Teamwork_ + _Cross functional co-operation_ **WHY BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM?** With us, you can grow, collaborate, innovate and improve lives.
