We are seeking a Data Governance specialist to join our Data Governance team at Synopsys SIG. The Data Governance Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, of our data assets.  They will accurately verify and update information within our systems based on existing policies and procedures.   This position is critical to ensuring that all data is correctly processed and validated.  This role needs to be able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
 
Responsibilities: Regularly review and update existing data within the specified applications based on existing policiesProactively verify data within specified applications for accuracy Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entryEnsure compliance with data regulations and standardsPromote data quality and integrity Comply with data integrity policies Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to our policy to prepare data for loadingResolves deficiencies by using standard proceduresMaintains operation by following policies and proceduresConduct data governance audits and assessmentsStay up-to-date on the latest data governance trends and best practices
