Department OverviewThis position will be part of Motorola Solutions' Federal Contracting and Compliance group and overall Federal Regions Go-To-Market Team. This team is the focal point of the Sales support with the Federal organization. The Federal Contract and Compliance group is an essential part of a company's risk management strategy. The contracting and contract compliance group helps to ensure that all stakeholders — suppliers, buyers and employees — adhere to the terms and conditions of a contract. This protects a business from fraud and corruption and ensures contract compliance and fulfillment.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work within the organization to identify areas where the organization could improve or streamline a process, including interactions between systems

Define and document recommended solutions to the areas that require improvements and present them to impacted business leaders

Possible projects include but are not limited to:

Internal audits of processes and procedures which may include Motorola Solutions' systems and coordination with IT, Legal, Order Management, Sales, and Finance

Process flow and improvement suggestions for the departments under the Go-to-Market Team

Work with our sales support team to improve notifications of shipments to our customers and partners

Data cleansing efforts utilizing Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, or related field

Business transformation experience

Experience with order systems, e-commerce systems, or financial systems

Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively prioritize, and execute tasks while working independently
