THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sales Operations Analyst supports the needs of our Sales Operations team. In this opportunity, the Sales Operations Analyst works closely with Sales Operations, Sales, and Finance to manage and maintain critical business processes and data. This role requires great attention to detail and successful candidates must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and continuously improve the overall renewal administration process.Sales operations activities to support all stages of the sales cycle including preparing sales quotes, contracts and facilitation of contract execution. Opportunity creation and maintenance to support new and expanded sales in collaboration with sales and renewal teams. Monitor and action subscription contracts through various stages of contract lifecycle.Carefully analyses and interprets contracts for extraction of key data points, while understanding how the business will use the data to make decisions with customers or for the business in general.Responsible for day-to-day contract administration including data collection, integrity and accuracy of legal contract data in business systems (Salesforce CRM)Collaborate and maintain sales process guides and related training documentation. Maintain license inventory and associated analytics, including monthly reporting and invoice reconciliations. Identify process issues and recommend solutions with corresponding communication plans. Works directly with Sales and Customer Success Teams, and their leadership to support efficient and effective execution of sales process.Responsible for analysis and reporting of contract-related data in an on-going effort to increase efficiency of business operations.Facilitates and executes modifications to active contracts, including amendments, renewals, subscription orders, terminations, etc.Identify process issues and recommend solutions with corresponding communication plans.Participate in training team members as needed.Facilitate Client onboarding and offboarding activities.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Support CRM initiativesPerform other job-related duties as assigned.Essential Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.1-2 years sales support role within a SaaS or subscription-based organization.1-2 years of Resilience/Business Continuity experience preferred2+ years of contract administration, contract management or other relevant experience supporting sales/legal organizations.1+ year experience working with Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ experience a plus) Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.Outstanding critical thinking, process improvement, and analytical skillsStrong communication skills and attention to detail.Strong technical skills, attention to detail and organization skills.Well-organized and hard-working, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities, comfortable navigating ambiguity and championing change.
