Sales Operations Analysts are responsible for the operational support of IQVIA Account Managers & Principals to ensure successful Lead to Order opportunity management throughout the sales cadence process.

Essential Functions

• Timely and accurate management of Salesforce opportunities (BNF, Credit Memo, Updating of Stages and Forecast Category, Adding/Updating of Products and Revenue Allocation, etc.)

• Assisting in the templates for Statements of Work and initial CLM submissions

• Lead to Order Management of PSA (Pricing Assistants for Resource Hours and Budgets, Creating Projects and assigning PIC & PM)

• Coordinate securing of pricing support and audit required documentation

Attend pipeline calls/ team meetings with internal clients as requested and perform Salesforce and PSA updates post-call

• Support in strategic planning of business pipeline with Account Managers/PICs

• Cross- team collaboration (Contracting, Finance, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of opportunities

• Maintain the team’s repository making sure information is up to date

• Ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

Participate in ongoing trainings as directed by management team

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree0-3 years of experience in sales support and customer serviceStrong written and verbal proficiency in English languageFinance/Sales Operations/Customer Relationship Management background is preferredExperience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)SAP and SFDC or any other CRM system knowledge beneficialAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to drive for resultsStrong service-oriented, collaborative mindsetBeginner to Intermediate Excel knowledgeTeam player with ability to accept coaching opportunities positivelyFlexibility and willingness to join a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
