Sales Operations Analyst

In this role you will…

• Support the Americas Sales Organization • Salesforce.com CRM administration & support around Accounts & Opportunities • Support forecast accuracy by working with reps on data compliance in salesforce.com CRM • Daily troubleshooting for users and business owners in salesforce.com • Supporting Sales Reps with process issues, blockers, and connecting to the right resources as needed. • Report creation to analyze data, drive data quality, and ad hoc queries. • Manage SFDC data imports and updates for Americas. • Identify sales process pain points, and work with Sales Ops leadership to develop long-term solutions. • Assist in the creation and roll-out of strategic programs to drive efficiency & “unlock easy” for our Sales team, including requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation support as required. • Drive opportunity data management controls, processes, and data quality. • Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth. • Resolve Sales Support tickets for Sales Users around account, opportunity, and process management.   • Oversee management of the Service Now ticket queue. • Support annual business planning process related to territory planning. • Support ongoing realignment of Customers and Prospects and related Territory Management via data assignments in salesforce.com CRM • Be an advocate of the field and champion an “easy to do business with” approach; drive continuous improvement on all related sales processes, documents, and tools to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Sales process. • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Business Apps, and Finance in support of all the processes, projects and activities that impact data quality and process optimization. • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and requirements.

You’ve got what it takes if you have…

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a global sales or sales operations environment • Prior experience supporting teams located regionally and/or globally, highly desirable. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce.com • Familiarity with Enterprise software, Cloud, and Services Sales. • Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion. • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations • Advanced MS Excel skills • Fluent English
