Overview:

Blue Yonder is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our sales team. This position will play a critical role in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales organization. The Sales Operations Analyst partners closely with the Sales Operations Managers to support strategic planning, data analysis, and sales performance.

What you’ll do:

Work with advanced sales operational tools to support sales strategyDevelop and maintain sales analytic reports and dashboardOptimize sales and operational efficiency through identifying and implementing process improvementsSupport sales teams through planning with analytic reports and operational tasksLiaison for Sales and accounting/finance as neededProvide ad hoc reporting and dash boarding support-identifying trends, performing analysis for managerParticipates in transformational projects that drive significant organizational changeProvide Financial and Pipeline Analysis including ad-hoc reporting, analyzing data to suggest outcomes. Provide analysis on how CRM system is performing

What we are looking for:

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics toolsKnowledge in sales business performance and Go-To-Market experienceUnderstanding of excel modeling and data presentationsAbility to work with data and articulate insights clearlyTeam oriented with collaborative attitude and approachGood communication skills both verbal and written, self-starter and organizedBachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience

The Salary Range for this position is $58,000.00 to $75,000.00

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
